Welcome to VSTSAPRO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VSTSAPRO application and services ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using VSTSAPRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use VSTSAPRO. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

VSTSAPRO is a software application designed to convert TensorFlow TFRecord data into JSON and XML formats. The Service processes data locally on your device and does not transmit data to external servers.

• VSTSAPRO provides data conversion functionality for TFRecord files
• All processing occurs locally on your device
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

You agree to:

• Use VSTSAPRO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Ensure you have the legal right to process any data files you convert using VSTSAPRO
• Not use VSTSAPRO to process data that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Not use VSTSAPRO in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

VSTSAPRO processes all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data to any external servers. However, you are responsible for:

• Backing up your data before conversion

You acknowledge that you use VSTSAPRO at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSTSAPRO and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or data corruption
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Interruption of business operations
• Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use VSTSAPRO

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of VSTSAPRO shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VSTSAPRO and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of VSTSAPRO, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VSTSAPRO at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use VSTSAPRO will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of VSTSAPRO at any time by uninstalling the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of VSTSAPRO after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VSTSAPRO shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
